Kevin A. Denti has practiced law in Naples since 1989. Mr. Denti's areas of practice are wide in scope and include representing purchasers and sellers in both residential and commercial real estate transactions, developers of residential and commercial projects and developments of all sizes, general contractors, subcontractors, landlords, and tenants. Mr. Denti has particular expertise in representing financial institutions in all forms of banking and finance matters. Mr. Denti also has significant experience in preparing condominium and homeowner association documentation, residential and commercial leases, and construction contracts. In addition, Mr. Denti handles business matters of all types, including providing legal advice concerning entity selection, preparation of organizational and operational documentation, and representing purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and sale of businesses.
Mr. Denti received a B.A. degree from The American University (Washington, D.C.), magna cum laude, in 1986, and a J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law (St. Petersburg, Florida), magna cum laude, in 1989. Mr. Denti also attended The University of Copenhagen (Copenhagen, Denmark) in 1984.

REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS
The types of real estate transactions handled by our firm include residential and commercial purchase and sale matters (including the issuance of title insurance), structured work-out arrangements, short sales, and deed-in-lieu transactions. We also handle residential and commercial lease transactions, as well as matters involving long-term land leases.
REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
Our firm assists clients in all phases of the real estate development process. These services include the preparation of all acquisition and sales contracts, construction contracts, and homeowner and condominium declarations. We handle financing matters related to the development process, formation of necessary development and association entities, and end-user closings.
LENDING AND SECURED TRANSACTIONS
We represent financial institutions and private investors, as well as borrowers, in a wide variety of lending and secured transactions. These matters range from basic residential refinance transactions to complex commercial real estate and asset-based lending matters. We also represent clients in structured work-out arrangements, forbearance matters, and deed-in-lieu transactions.
BUSINESS AND CORPORATE MATTERS
The business and corporate matters handled by our firm include providing advice concerning entity selection as well as preparing all necessary organizational and operational documentation. In addition, we represent clients in the acquisition and sale of businesses. Our firm also provides general business and corporate representation to a wide variety of commercial clients.

Mr. Denti is originally from Bordentown, New Jersey and has practiced law in Naples since 1989. He handles a wide variety of matters, including real estate transactions and business and corporate matters. Mr. Denti received a B.A. degree from The American University (Washington, D.C.) magna cum laude, in 1986, and a J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law (St. Petersburg, Florida), magna cum laude, in 1989. Mr. Denti also attended The University of Copenhagen (Copenhagen, Denmark) in 1984. Mr. Denti is a member of The Florida Bar (Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section), as well as the Collier County Bar Association (Real Estate Section). Mr. Denti also serves on the advisory boards of several private real estate equity investment funds known as TerraCap Partners LP, TerraCap Partners II (HNW) LP, and TerraCap Partners II (Institutional) LP.
Ms. Mohrbacher is a native of Naples, Florida. She previously worked in the banking industry for over 35 years, primarily in the lending and loan operations areas. Ms. Mohrbacher gained experience in the real estate industry by working at a local title company. She joined the firm in 2022 and assists Mr. Denti in handling real estate closings and title insurance matters. Ms. Mohrbacher also assists Mr. Denti in real estate development matters.
Rita-Ann (Rita) Bailey
Legal Assistance
Ms. Bailey is originally from Westminster, California. She has lived in Naples since 1990. Ms. Bailey has experience working in law firms in various capacities since 1998. Ms. Bailey began working with Mr. Denti on August 1, 2014. She assists Mr. Denti in the preparation of loan documents and business and corporate documentation. Ms. Bailey also handles all accounting and billing matters for the firm.
